The school's long tradition in humanities and linguistics is based on a scientific and multimedia approach. Each year there are classes with specially extended and profiled curriculums to meet students' and parents' expectations - linguistic, scientific, humanistic, multimedia, IT. There is an option to take up one of the following foreign languages: German, French, Spanish and Russian in addition to an obligatory English course.
Teachers pay special attention to gifted students. There are students within the school who got to the very final or won one of the National Subject Competitions (in History, Polish, foreign languages and Philosophy). There are winners of different sports competitions in volleyball, basketball and handball as well. Since 1999 students with the highest grades have received the Prime Minister's Scholarship.
